FIGO lets you worry about your furkid, NOT how much money you'll have to pay
Accidents always seem to happen at the wrong time financially so I have pet insurance. That way when something happens, money is NOT a factor in whether my pet is helped or not by our Vet team. I have two very happy Labs that are still in the Lab puppy age (2 and 4). They play hard and they get hurt at times. FIGO to the rescue! I am so grateful that FIGO has quick turnaround with reimbursements as well as a simple-to-use interface on the web. Not to mention awesome CSRs who are friendly and empathetic. Great company - I am so happy I have this safety net!

Slow at processing claim but well worth the wait.
My dog started to violently vomit and never has before throughout the entire time I've had her. I took her to the doc ASAP and she was diagnosed with acute pancreatitis. The bills were somewhere in the range of $6 - 700, which I didn't have at the time. I received my claim back from Figo a few weeks later, eternally grateful! The only downside was that it took a while to process because we had adopted my dog from a shelter. Since I had never filed a claim before and only had taken her to the vet once since we got her, I needed more documentation on her prior health history.

Great for my Fur Baby
I've only have positive things to say!! So far, so good! The initial setup was a little confusing but once it was setup it's been a breeze. I love the ease of the online app!

Well worth it
I did lots of work comparing many insurance policies and companies and Figo came out on top. I purchased the 100% coverage and could not be happier, especially since my pup had to have emergency surgery after eating a cloth toy. A few months later she was attacked by another dog and had to have an emergency appointment to stitch her up. Figo has an app which is super easy to use. I've had to make 2 major claims so far and they have been wonderful about refunding me promptly.

Fast response time!
Trupanion is always so fast to email me with all the invoice refunds and many more. I am always so happy and appreciate Trupanion a lot. Yes, it is more expensive per month as it ages but it is worth it with my Roxi dog! This is the first time I could call you about the Gentle Vet invoices that were not being sent well to Trupanion since they had different customers. So I appreciate all you could help me with and calling the Gentle Vets! Hope Gentle Vet does it back to normal to Trupanion. Thank you very much. Much Aloha, Lindy

Very pleased
We haven't had many occasions to contact Trupanion but we have always been very pleased with the service when we have had a question. Camille did an excellent job of helping us this time. She was friendly, attentive and worked hard to get us an answer to a question we had about our billing. It was a pleasure dealing with her.

First claim-very pleasantly surprised by how easy
It's been 10 years since we had pet insurance and at that time, had another carrier. Cannot believe how quickly they followed up on our first claim. Especially surprised considering our vet visit was 12/21 and our vet sent in the claim. We received an email notification regarding reimbursement 12/28. Had issues logging in to see the results since could not remember password. Agent reset by phone and answered all questions that I had. Even though we're on the west coast, their customer service hours are convenient 8:30 am to 8:00 pm EST.
