They processed a payment with out my okay, when I called every person I talked to act like they had no idea what I was talking about. They refuse to refund my money back when I don’t have a insurance thru them

Wish I could insure myself with Trupanion!!
After 6 years of no claims our dog was diagnosed with cancer in his nostril. Trupanion took so much of the worry out of the whole process by making it super easy to submit claims, immediately acknowledging receipt of claim, notification that claims were being reviewed, then paying for exactly what they are supposed to pay. To top it off they directly deposited the payment into my account. Unlike with human insurance claims this was the easiest part of the whole process and helped us share an extended high quality of life with our precious boy. Thank you!

Happy with Nationwide Pet insurance
I was looking at insurance for my 2 year Bernese Mountain Dog. I am quite happy I got him an insurance. Philadelphia is fairly expensive when compared to Fremont, CA where he moved. This really gives me peace of mind. The claim process is fairly simple to file with the vitusVet app. Claims takes 30 days but no hassle. I have called them few times and hardly much wait time. The representatives are fairly kind and pleasant. I did compare with trupanion, Healthypaws and embrace and Nationwide was lower but harder to compare apples-apples. I guess they are all good and nationwide insurance was offered via my wifes employer and we choose that instead. They honestly followup with email, online access is fairly neat and simple. I am quite happy with their service. I know 2 other pet owners with Nationwide and were happy as well.

Over the course of nearly 15 years, our family expanded to include a wonderful Cockapoo dog named Mollie. As a puppy and as an adult dog, she did everything with the family, including long walks with her parents, hanging out at the pool in the summer, offering to taste test anything that came off the BBQ grill, and vacationing in Cape May with the entire family. We decided early on that we never wanted to make serious medical decisions about our pet based on economics, so we took out an insurance policy with ASPCA. She had a long and happy life, thanks to healthy living and the special caring exhibited by ASPCA, through efficient claim reviews and more often that not, expedient reimbursement of medical claims related to illnesses and/or necessary treatments. Mollie's life would not have been as robust without the "financial caring" shown by the ASPCA organization. In her memory, we thank you.

Easy to deal with and kept their promise of coverage
Our coverage started in November and in January when our puppy got ill, they covered all charges. It was a very easy and hassle free process that helped us stay focused on our puppy and not costs!
