Claim paid

This was the first time submitting a claim (or 3) and I was very worried at first about it being denied or taking forever and having to fight with it after all the horror stories I've heard regarding pet insurance, but none of this was the case. Claim was easy to send, paid in a timely manner and eob's/claim progress were easy to follow.

Easy claim filing

I was delighted to know that I could file my claims for Taffy via e-mail and then do a digital transfer of the transaction directly to my bank account. Really quick service that way. Leaves smiles on faces!!!

Very Good Experience

Easy to submit claims.

Easy to submit claims. Friendly representatives available to assist if needed. Direct deposit is quick to go back in my account. There's never a cap on payments if your fur baby becomes sick.
