All claim transactions have been handled satisfactory.

Have never had pet insurance before this pet, did not know what to expect, but have been pleasantly surprised with the way we have been handled. Our claims have been simple to process and responded to professionally.

Well worth it; they are also so easy to work with.

I was referred by a colleague and called Nationwide. They were informative and easy to deal with from the beginning. Since then I have made some claims and the payments are made promptly to my checking account. The claims can be made by sending s photo of the bill to Nationwide via an app. It’s easy and so far the relationship has been really good.

Reimbursement

Normally I would give a 10 as a review. But my last claim took almost two months to be processed. This is the first time that has ever happen. Normally my claim is processed within 3-4 weeks. But overall I am still very satisfied with Nationwide and it’s coverage. I have a dog and a cat insured.

Great Coverage and AMAZING Customer Service

We had a big and unexpected emergency with our sweet little girl and Healthy Paws covered NEARLY ALL of our $7,000 vet bills! Not only did they process and pay in a quick and timely manner, they also followed up to see how our sweet girl was recovering. A personal, tailored note from their customer services team was such a nice, kind and caring touch as we were struggling through and so concerned about her. It made all the difference in the world! Highly recommend this insurance plan.

Nationwide Pet Insurance is effiecient and easy to process claims.
