Dealing with you is super easy.

Because dealing with you is super easy. I asked a question to a live person and got an answer right away. Your product has nothing hidden and it's really easy to follow what is covered in the insurance. I love that my vet was able to submit directly to you for payment! I had little out of pocket payment and didn't have to worry about how or if Jameson (my boxer) would be able to receive treatment.

Professional and human!

I chose the top rating of 10 because Kristen was not only professional and courteous, she was also very pleasant. I had to update a credit card #, and I have an old claim I have to file (3+ years), and she was very supportive. It's refreshing to speak with a pleasant human being instead of an angry, robot-like person that is so common nowadays. Keep up the good hiring practices!

Need to set up direct deposit
