200% increase in premium after 1 year

Their claims dept. is completely incompetent. Not only do you have to put the bills on your CC, it took 4-6 weeks for reimbursement. The first years premium was fine, $84/mo $1009 / year. Now I get my 2nd year bill and it's jumped to $206/mo $2396 / year. Outrageous. It's bad enough having to endlessly call to get my claim processed, now I get totally gouged on the renewal.. Off to trupanion.. these guys suck endlessly.

Helpful when the problem is serious.

Holly is young, with no big issues,and anew type of policy...so I am still not sure how it will pay later. My problem is the up front money before payment.

Easy Peasy

I have had pet insurance for 3 years. This is the first major thing I have had to use it for. It went flawless and I got back way more than I thought I would. It was easy and quick to submit the claim and receive the monies electronically with my bank. Thank you!

Great protection for our hound

ASPCA is so easy to use and never haggles over money. There are no catches with reimbursement % based upon geography or other factors; they are true to what is advertised. Claims are easy to submit online or via the app with simple pictures of vet receipts. Review is quick and reimbursement is usually sent to my bank account within one day of claim processing. I can't recommend ASPCA Pet Insurance enough.

Great turn around on claims

Nationwide has been great on the turn around on claims submitted. My dog has gotten ill twice in the last couple months and they were awesome in getting the claim approved and reimbursed me.

Greatest thing since sliced bread.

I was made fun of for getting insurance on my cat. And then one day the unthinkable happened, my little guy was hit by a car. He was seen by multiple vets for this and his policy reimbursement after deductible was quick and painless. Thank you nationwide.
