Just love our doggy’s insurance. Very pleased that vet office can send bill and everything’s taken care of. Makes it super easy to provide good health care for our family pet. I have experienced some difficulty with receiving the payment (I don’t have a computer), but the phone representative was soo helpful and patient — he explained everything, including how to avoid the issue in the future. Terrific insurance!

Claims are easy to file
Our Vet Hospital no longer submits claims direct, but Trupanion makes it easy to file myself. I can fill out a claim form online, which I do. I attach necessary forms and mail in, which works best for me. I always keep a copy for our records. They send an email when claim is received, an again when processed, in a relatively short time.
