So grateful for nationwide. The process of filing a claim is so easy and transpararent. They payed their portion as agreed no Problems or hassle or additional info needed. Their payment with in the two week mark went straight into my bank acccount. I would recommend them to all my pet-loving friends and family!

I have had ASPCA Pet Insurance for approximately 4 years now, and really have no complaints. Submitting a claim online is very easy , and the turn around is quick (typically less than a week).

Love Nationwide
I started using Nationwide Pet Insurance 5 years ago and am so glad I did. I've not only felt more secure for my pets' overall welfare - I get reimbursement checks fast after major issues have occurred. To that end, the company sends a nice note they hope my pet is well again. I like it even if it is automated - someone /somewhere thought to do that kind gesture. I highly recommend you always.

Excellent service!
I get excellent service, from a cheery representative, each and every time I call. If I have to make a claim, I get my insurance payment within 2-3 weeks without hassles or problems. I never worry about my plan or making payments. I'm always kept up to date with current policies and plans. I appreciate this so much. It leaves me time to worry about my pets and their wellness.

I opened this policy through my employer when we first got for our dog when we adopted her from a rescue shelter. It was later moved to Nationwide. Until recently, our dog has been “rock solid” and we’ve only used the policy for annual checkups, shots, teeth cleaning and monthly heart worm and flea/tick medication. Those claims were paid almost immediately. Over the past couple of months, we’ve been treating a persistent, mysterious infection on our pup’s tail and have made 4 trips to the vet. It took 2-3 weeks to have our claims paid. Note: Our vet files the claims for us. We also had a late-night trip to the local emergency vet because of persistent vomiting and dehydration from ingesting Mupirocin ointment after she unwrapped her tail bandage. Vomit with specks if blood in it is scary, especially when the dog has only vomited once in the previous 6 years. I haven’t filed this claim yet as I’m waiting to see if I’ll have any other prescriptions for Cocoa which have to come from a regular pharmacy. I’ve signed up to have our claim payments wire transferred directly into our account. Nationwide uses Chase Bank for this process. I find having to log into Chase and “accept” the payment a pain in the neck. Other than that, I’m satisfied with our coverage through Nationwide.
