Satisfied with cost, coverage and claims processing

I've had ASPCA Pet Health Insurance for more than 10 years, for a number of dogs, past and present, and have been very satisfied with the cost, coverage, and claims processing. I've had claims for an emergency surgery, a chronic back condition, and two planned surgeries, and have not had a negative experience. Claims submission and claims processing has been very efficient, also.

Wellness Exam Covered

I took Ginger into the vet for her yearly rabies shot and other shots, also her Heartguard medication to protect again heartworm and everything was covered and I received a check back in the mail on the items covered.

False advertising

The salesman failed to mention that you have to go through this ridiculous process to submit a claim and that all of my so called "free" exams and routine checks are actually supposed to be paid for by yourself and later returned to you as a "rebate" after a pain in the butt submission process.
