This was the first time I had put through a claim for my pet who was in the hospital for 5 days. The paperwork was sent in and before I knew it the check was in my account. Awesome group. Caring people.

Horrible not to call back they pull the payment out for both of my dogs I’ve never gotten reimbursement for any of my vets visit First I was told they did not receive them then I was told the vet had to do them and all being said receive nothing

Hassle free. Have my policy number to my Vets office and they took care of the rest, my next involvement was an email saying it was accepted towards my annual deductible.

It's very easy
It's very easy to submit claims, and I always get my money back quickly. It would have been a 10, but the premiums are very high, and just keep going up, so I hesitate to recommend pet insurance to most people.

Trupanion paid
It's great Trupanion paid my part to the vet office and I paid my percentage plus deductible. No hassles for me and not a lot of money out of my pocket. My Sophie Marie is well and doing so much better.

It was my first claim
It took much longer than I expected to get a payment on my claim however I assume that s because it was the first claim I filed with Trupanion. If I have any more claims I assume you will process my claims in a speedier fashion.

Good pet insurance, I just wish I would get the money back a little faster since my dog seems to be at the vet a lot and the money isn't getting back to me as quickly as I heard it would.
