The best support team
The claim was easy. The rep handle it very from vet and after that i got called from rep what was said to vet. I am so happy with Trupanion. My Kellie needed special care from several symptoms. The hospital wanted down deposit before hand. I put in first 1500.00 and after 3 days they wanted another 4000.00 to continue treatments. I can understand from hospitals point of view getting their money for the cares done. So I said I have insurance with Trupanion. Immediately hospital called Trupanion with forms and responded with a call saying she was approved for highest cost care to continue with treatments. I was so relieved from financial stand point where Trupanion stepped in to take my mind off of the that and focus on Kellie.

Fast Service
I had to submit my first claim with Pets Best and was pleasantly surprised at how fast I was able to get my reimbursement. I unfortunately will have more claims to submit because I just learned that the mass removed was malignant, but this is why I took out pet insurance in the first place. Thank you for such prompt service!

I submit my claims within 48 hours & have never had any issues with this or recieving payment. Friendly customer service ready to help when needed. Am glad I have this insurance.

Disappointed in the system.
Disappointed in the system. Wasn't aware that deductible was per medical issue. Also, claim was denied first time and had to appeal the decision, taking more time than the claim was worth.

Easy to submit claim and fast processing
It's very easy to submit a claim, once I have the detailed receipt for the vet visit and Nationwide surprised me with the short turnaround in processing the claim. The only thing I would suggest is to make it easier to enter the clients bank information if they chose direct deposit, through the Nationwide site, instead of a separate text from Citibank.
