Never have a problem with claims
I never have a problem with claims since I can e-mail them in as attachments. Of course I wish I could have a plan with no deductible but I understand that it wouldn't be a popular product and probably unaffordable for most customers. I wish though that I could get a supplemental or wrap around for dental in particular. Sasha is a tiny Chiwawa so she will lose most her teeth as compared to larger dogs. It requires more cleanings. The $100 reimbursement for 2 cleanings is not realistic here on the East Coast. Why? Because the vet has to do the bloodwork before to make sure she is healthy enough before he does any dental work.

Fantastic customer service and experience
Nationwide has been a great support for us with our dog. We have encountered some unexpected expenses with her and having the insurance has meant a lot to us. Auto-pay on the premiums make it easy to do, claims are easy to submit and payments are made promptly with no questions asked. Great service and great peace of mind for pet owners. We highly recommend!

Excellent and Quick Response from Nationwide Pet Insurance
We have invested in Nationwide Pet Insurance for our rescue Maltese/Dachshund for 18-months. Once the deductible is covered, the response from Nationwide has been impressive. Our veterinarian files a claim for us, Nationwide notifies us of receipt of the claim and then let's us know the payment details. The checks arrive quite soon after treatment. We are grateful and impressed.

Trupanion has been fantastic
Trupanion has been nothing short of fantastic. Even while waiting for my new Visa, because mine was stolen and therefore they couldn't get my automatic payment, they are so understanding and patient. Love them. My cat has received excellent coverage when she became ill, there was no lag time between the bill and trupanions coverage which makes caring for Willow much less stressful
