There was ease in filing claim and I received payment quickly. I enjoy having the wellness package because I was reimbursed for about half of my dogs annual check up.

A Piece if Mind for Your Family Member
This is the first time I have decided to insure my furry kid and while they do not cover every expense, having insurance is a piece of mind and I was able to be more proactive and make immediate vet care decisions knowing I have her insured. As an example she was diagnosed with SARDs after she was insured and they have reimbursed all costs (excluding supplements for whole body health) associated with her ongoing care provided by her vet and her ophthalmologist. It’s easy to file claims electronically and I am going to look into their electronic reimbursements feature.

Fair claims rulings, slow response time
My illness claim ended up going to my deductible which was fair and I expected it, I just wish the response time was a little faster, especially on wellness care. I have a puppy and we are at the vet often for wellness check up and vaccinations. I also suggest a puppy-specific wellness plan that provides better coverage for shots instead of stuff that is likely to go unused as part of wellness visits such as the bloodwork or an ECG. I will say nationwide worked with me really well to take full advantage of the wellness coverage I did have and the customer service has been great.

NO issues what so ever! Bleu does have the best plan they offer and I haven’t run into any sort of issue yet. Reimbursement is always less than 30 days.

Very happy
My claim was for wellness care, shots, flea and tick control, and heart worm preventative. My claim was paid as stated in the insurance documents in a very timely manner and directly deposited into my bank account. Very happy with the process!
