Convenient easy submission of bill and return reimbursement
The online forms are easily filled out and faxed. A notice of reciepts is sent very quickly. Any reimbursement dollars are deposited into my bank account. And I am notified of that occurrence.

Billing
The only complaint I have is about billing. There was a delay in billing my account for about 6 months. Then you decide to charge me more monthly than my monthly premium. That’s fine but I was never notified as to this or how long this will go on. So I would like to know when the increased premium will end.
