Great insurance service!
The forms are easy to complete. You will receive a prompt email stating the form has been received. It does however take 2-3 weeks to hear back with an updated email about your claim. You then receive your reimbursement in the mail which in 2019 you would think an automated electronic funds transfer could be possible.

They make the process super simple and great phone support as well as customer service.
This company made the process of filing a claim very simple to do. Also had excellent customer phone support when inquiring about my claim status. Just wish they would make a higher payout available (higher than 60%) as an option for senior dogs.

Nationwide has been outstanding in the care of our 3-year old adopted pup Clare! Claims are easy to submit, and reimbursement is lightning quick. Every phone conversation has been easy and productive. Highly recommended for pet insurance needs!

I have a 3 year old German Shepherd covered under the whole pet with wellness under nationwide. I got this policy since it was offered through my work benefits. I was really nervous after reading some reviews by other customers that they would deny my claims and it would be a pain but it has been the complete opposite. They have a great customer service team that has answered all of my questions regarding coverage. After my $250 deductible Nationwide has also paid all of may claims at the 90 percent reimbursement per my policy. Submitting claims via an app has made it that much simpler. I will continue insuring my pets through them.

Hands down, an amazing pet health insurance company!
I feel like we could be Nationwide Pet Insurance poster clients. WE LOVE THIS INSURANCE!. It has truly been a life saver. The claim submission process is simple and claim turn around time has been amazing! The ability to have the reimbursement funds direct deposited back into your account is beyond awesome. Adeline has better health insurance than most people and I could not be more thankful. I am constantly raving about her plan/coverage and urge others to look into it as well.
