love trupanions express checkout

My questions have been answered and I didn't have to wait along time on hold. I love trupanions express checkout at the vets office we just wait while they submit the invoice and within 15 min. to get the price I have to pay without having to pay the full invoice and wait to be reimbursed.

App is a breeze

Using the Pets Best App was a breeze. Took our pup on Friday morning, sent my receipt an hour after, via the app. On Saturday, we have received a response that our claim was being processed the. after 2 business days, we have received our refund...easy peazy! Thank you Pets Best.

River ultimately had to be put down due to the progress of juvenile cancer

The response to questions and turn around on payment has been acceptable. However with River's death we'll obviously be cancelling the policy. It was a very good investment under the unfortunate circumstance
