Good company but payment processing is slow. 30 days is just too long when large vet Bill's need reimbursement. Otherwise, great customer service. Thank you.

With Embrace you CAN afford to insure your pet
I looked for affordable pet insurance could not afford any ! Embrace let’s you choose your plan. Their customer service is by far the best. I turned in my first claim last week. It’s so easy one peice of paper your vet fills with your invoice. They have already paid my claim!! I chose direct deposit. Don’t look any further Embrace is what your looking for

Pays in a timely manner and great service.
I have not had to use this insurance very often thankfully but when I have most recently for a holiday visit to the emergency vet. However, every time I have used it payment has been a timely manner. The few time I have had to call the service has been great. I recommend Nationwide whenever I can.

Easy claim submission and payment process.
Easy to submit forms, no issues with the process. Was reimbursed for the majority of my kitty's tests and hospital stay. Claim process took about 1 month to process. So grateful to Nationwide!!

Nationwide is great!
