I have never had any issues with payments from this insurance. It seems that the claim to payment process has gotten a bit slower but other than that they have been great. When I lost my other dog they helped pay for the cremation and everything. They cancelled his policy without me having to call when they saw the claim and sent me a refund check and a sympathy card. It made me feel good about the company.

i use Healthy Paws for 3 animals- two dogs and a cat. Been using it for a couple years now. Setting up the account and coverage is a breeze and so is changing it if you need to- the premiums are reasonably priced, the claims process is super easy and they paid on them in a timely fashion. I highly recommend using Healthy Paws.

Easy claim filing, timely reimbursement
Have had Trupanion since we adopted Belle, did not need insurance until last year when she broke a tooth and required extraction and again this year with a bad case of HGE. Love the ease of claim filing, quick turnaround with claim summary emailed within THREE days of filing! Now just waiting for reumbursement to be conveniently direct deposited to my account. Thank you Trupanion!

I am the owner of a very sweet & loving 6 year old dog who unfortunately likes to punish me when I leave her alone by getting into things she shouldn't - and has resulted in more than one overnight hospital stay. I have had Healthy Paws pet insurance for about 3 years now and they have been great every (unfortunate!) time that I've needed to use them. Their app is very simple and easy to use; they are very prompt in their response times; and their reimbursements go direct to my bank account. I highly recommend them!
