getting reimbursed

I have to say the fact that I can submit by email and get electronic payment in almost a week is a MAJOR improvement from what it use to be. Sadie needed surgery that we just couldn't afford. With getting the reimbursement for almost all of it was a life saver.

Keep up the good work

The only thing I have issue with is that it takes a while for me to receive the check via mail i know i have a better and faster way to do thru direct deposit. I may have to consider it in the future. I also like the vitusvet app, very convenient.

Such a relief

This is my first time having Pet Insurance. And I’m so happy I did it. Having the security for when an emergency happens makes everything so much better. Vet bills are expensive! I can afford a monthly payment but can not afford an unexpected large Vet bill. The claim was processed within a few days and in my bank account a day or two after that! I’ve recommended this to anyone and everyone that has pets
