SPOT has been a good choice!
First time having Pet Insurance. I reviewed many companies and found SPOT highly rated. Even though our Vet care doesn't submit claims directly to SPOT, I found the claims are easy to submit online, processed quickly and reimbursements can be deposited quickly & directly into our bank account. ( If you prefer a check, they mail it to you. ) SPOT Insurance was a good choice for us!

Filing my first claim was a simple, straightforward experience. I think it took me less than 5 minutes to complete the entire process, and I received my reimbursement within a week. Highly recommend Spot for the unexpected costs your fur baby may incur!

Easy Claim Process
Easy app to navigate. Claims resolved quickly. Only thing that I didn't care for is how deductible was applied. Normally applied to bill first then you pay your 20% of remainder. We had to pay 20%, then deductible applied. This raised our cost of treatment by 100$.
