My dog was under the weather for a couple of days. I had to take him to the doctor. I paid out of my pocket for his visit. I filled a claim and was reimbursed for the bill minus my deductible with no problems. Thank You

So far so good!

First time I’ve had pet ins. After having a Boston Terrier for 13 yrs that cost me a small fortune, I decided to try Nationwide Pet ins. ( vet recommended) for my new dog. Getting the first check from you made my day. Thx!

When my dog got sick all I thought about was getting her better. Then I thought about the funds. I reached out to Pets Best. It’s been our pet insurer for over 13 years, for our pug who lived a nice long life, and now for our Pomeranian who’s five. When I went to the website it seemed too simple so I called to confirm what to do. It was as simple as I had read. I submitted two paid invoices online and funds were deposited into my bank account very soon after. I am so thankful to have Pets Best as our insurer. I’ve recommended this company to family and friends who are also very pleased.

UNDERPAYMENT FOR CLAIMS FILED

I faithfully pay my premiums through payroll deduct without fail and expect 100% wellness protection per your constant advertising and harassment for more money. When I filed my claims for Magnus this year for his wellness exams, Nationwide only paid 'allowables", leaving me hanging with the balance for these visits. What is the point of having insurance with Nationwide? I could save my premiums and pay the wellness visits in full with the savings.
