The reason i listed painful is to try and get reimbursed has been a very Fustrating process. i have the stress of my new puppy not doing well and everytime i submit a claim i have to redo it sometimes more than 2X and still havent received the reimbursement. I know there was an issue with 2 policy numbers becuase i paid up front to get insurance sooner but i would have thought the other policy would be null and void and i would only have one policy number. i like the ease of calling customer service they are very helpful and knowledgeable, not sure what i would have done without them. I'm hoping the process gets better and that she has less vet visits.

Great service!
I have had a very easy, smooth time working with Nationwide for pet insurance. It is simple to send claims via email and I always get a response that the claim is being reviewed. My last few claims have been paid in full which was great to cover the costs of a internal medicine specialist and an ER visit after our dog fell- both of which are pricey issues. The claim result is always emailed and on the website, easy to read, and the check comes in the mail shortly. Overall, it has been a great experience.

I am beyond satisfied and grateful for this pet insurance. They have come through for me whenever I have had a health issue with my dog. The claims process is quick and easy to navigate and I always get paid out quickly . The customer service reps are kind and friendly. This insurance is outstanding I always recommend to my friends. Claims take too long to process
Submitted claim on the 8th of May, and on the 20th received notification that claim had been processed and reimbursement would arrive within 10 business days. Today would be day 10 and still no sign of reimbursement. Haven’t had to wait this long in the past.

Best Pet Insurance
We are so delighted with Figo Pet Insurance for our new red Irish setter Newton. The convenient Figo phone app allows me to start new claims before leaving the vet’s office, including uploading pics of claim forms, Vet progress notes, & photos as supporting documents. Claims are processed within 14 business days and the funds are conveniently deposited into the bank account of our choice. Customer service reps are always friendly, helpful, & knowledgeable. We highly recommend it!

Once the Doctor's office submitted the claim, Pets Best notified me immediately, kept me updated on the status of the claim and paid the claim very promptly with the money being deposited directly into my account. it's a very easy and efficient process. Thank you

Offers direct deposit
I have notified that my claim had arrived, quite immediately after I submit the claims form. I was given a Pet's Best account which I can peruse at my leisure. When the reimbursement is paid, it is accompanied with an explanation as to how the claim was processed. My dog's premium is charged to my card monthly so that I don't have to write a check. Pets Best also offers direct deposits, for which I declined (for my own reasons), but it is convenient to have.
