Here I am at day 40 still without being paid. I know I will get the money eventually, but until then I pay finance charges to my bank while they make money on YOUR money as you wait. I am disabled and on a fixed budget. I can't afford these games. I know what they are doing. Before I got sick I was in the financial field. This game is as old as time. Keep the money as long as possible to make money on the interest. Same reason most people get paid every 2 weeks. Gaming the system at your expense. And the looking at records excuse is flimsy. I have every document from the day I got him from the pound as a kitten... Shame on you pets best! Only saving grace is no pre existing conditions. As soon as we settle up I think I will spend the extra 3 dollars a month to go with a better company

Best decision ever!
Getting ASPCA insurance was the best decision I’ve made regarding my pet’s health. They have a very easy submission process I can do from my phone the minute I leave the vet’s office. They are usually very timely in processing claims and the direct deposit feature is wonderful. I never realized how something could help cover everyday I’ll eases such as allergies and make owning a pet more reasonable.

I had 3 claims that were kind of old and forgotten about. I put them in for payment, and there was no questions as to why they were late, and they paid me with a check within 10 days. There was very little work on my end, and over all I have to say that I am very pleased with Nationwide
