Poor communication
I'm giving you a 6 because I have had some problems with communication issues both on trupanion side and on vet side and their communications with trupanion, or training on how to use trupanion and submit billing. Also, I am not yet receiving payments as I am still using up my deductible.

A terrific way to do business!
Going to the vet is financially painless with Trupanion! The office submits the claim. The claim is completed within a day or two. I am billed for my portion of the expenses. How wonderful!
