Filing a claim for my puppy was easy just upload a picture of the bill and that's it. My claim was processed in a timely manner and my refund was deposited directly into my bank. Very happy with my experience

Would prefer not to pay the full amount at time of service. Previously, the claim was calculated before I left the vet's office and I paid only what I owed after the claim.

Filing a claim has never been so easy!!
We adopted our dog back in early April and purchased pet insurance right off the bat, and we're so happy we did! The first few claims I filed via email/scanned the itemized vet receipts. Then I got the app and it is SO much easier. You just select which pet it's for, the vet clinic, whether it was a wellness or sickness visit, the invoice total, and then take a picture of the itemized receipt from the vet...submit it, and you're done! You then get a confirmation email, and a week or so later you'll get an email that you've been reimbursed and all that's left is to transfer the money to your account. Super easy, quick, and simple. No complaints so far!

Very easy process
I would like to send emails when filing a claim. But I don't like scanning everything in to do that. You do have a fax machine and use that. And it's easy as 1 2 3. The claim analysis is completed quickly. And receiving a direct deposit is even more quick.

Easy and affordable
Making my claim was so easy, i just took pictures of my bills and sent them in. It only took about 2 weeks to be reimbursed! So helpful

I had been ready to cancel this policy as I had no reason to qualify for payments. A representative worked with me to make it more $$ feasible. Thank goodness because I was very grateful to get some reimbursements for a significant vet bill.
