And I thought I shouldn't have gotten Pet Insurance
I would be on the streets now if I hadn't had Nation Wide Pet Insurance! My beautiful Zainah was hit by a car on March 13th. She broke both of her front legs---I have had the most extraordinary vet care, they have submitted the insurance claims, and nationwide has been responsive when they called wiht some questions. The customer service provided by Josh Clark had been superior. My only requests for improvement: 1) payments take a long time to get to me:) 2) The statements do NOT name the provider who submitted the claim.. In my case I have had to go to Ventura for most of Zainah's care; howver have had to take her to the local vet a few times. It is difficult to know which claim is from whom. Please see if the provider's name can be included on the statements. Thank you nationwide! And I have referred 5 people to you so far. Claudia Crawford

We recommend Trupanion pet insurance.
The Trupanion claim process is straight forward with a very fast turn around time. I like that I can submit the claim online and Trupanion directly deposits into our bank. Our dog has been insured for 10 years since he was a puppy and it was one of the best decisions I made.

A blessing
What a blessing to have insurance coverage when you are worried about your pets life, and don’t have to worry about money. Trupanions direct billing is such a nice perk so you don’t have to fuss with submissions to pay up front. I will always use you in the future and will refer you to everyone I know.

I have the wellness coverage and had gotten behind on filing my claim forms and Reeta in the Lahontan Valley Veterinary Clinic in Fallon, NV got everything organized and faxed them all in for me and I was surprised at how quickly I got reimbursed and started on my 2019 deductible. We now have a system worked out that will be totally stress free for me.

Fast payment, insanely good customer service, and peace of mind for a great price--if you have a pet, you NEED Trupanion.
I have been really lucky to not have needed to file a claim over the last 7 years; there's always a fear with a service like this that it won't be what you need it to be when you need it. That fear is 100% gone! They processed my claim really fast--faster than usual given the possible severity of the situation. We wound up with a better outcome than was initially expected, thank God, but they handle my panicked calls with such patience and compassion, they got our claims approved so fast, and it was SUCH a relief to not have to have money be a factor in the kind of care we were able to provide in a crisis. Truly, we are so grateful and relieved to have Trupanion! Oh and their partner vets that are able to bill them directly--that's an amazing perk too. Hopefully more clinics will join in on that program!

Claim process is easy peasy.
The Wellness Program is worth its weight in gold. It's a little bit of a burden to have to pay up front for services, but overall Nationwide has been a godsend.
