Great investment
I was leery with the idea of purchasing pet insurance. Was it worth it, was it a waste of money, was it a hassle getting reimbursed? It was worth it, saves me money and reimbursement could not be any easier!!! Thank you Nationwide!

Best choice I've made
I cannot say enough good things about this company - I purchased pet insurance for my pup when she was 10 weeks old being the over cautious pet parent, hoping it would never be needed and it never did until 4 years later. My pup tore her CCL, which I never knew was a thing - not only is it a very expensive procedure, there are Xray's, pain meds etc that go along with it. It was so easy to snap a picture of each receipt on your phone and then submit a claim, within 2 minutes. From there, i can't believe how quickly the claims are paid out, ESPECIALLY the one for the massive surgery - I filed on Friday and the money was direct deposited back into my account the next Tuesday. It was almost too easy. This company has also been personally emailing me checking out how my dog is doing and check her status!!!!...Now a days real customer service is hard to find and these people have it figured out.

Great customer service and very fast payment on claims. I was Leary of signing up for pet insurance but it truely saved us this past year when our dog suffered a rupture cruchiate ligament.

Milo's 1st Vet Visit
My kitten Milo, and myself went to Belcrest Animal Hospital a few weeks back for his first visit and shots. I used the invoice from the appointment that same day and filed a claim. Pets Best was quick to keep me updated and my reimbursement took no time at all to direct deposit. I am very much enjoying how comprehensive the app, and claims process have been so far.

My Gracie has had a rough couple of months medically and I would be completely lost without her Nationwide medical plan. It is wonderful that all I have to worry about is doing whatever is needed to make well again, not trying to figure out how to pay her bills. Plus with the very quick claim turnaround, I have been receiving my reimbursement even before the credit card bill comes.

EXCELLENT TURNAROUND TIME ON CLAIMS AND COVERAGE OF CLAIMS. OUR CHERISHED HAZEL HAD A SEIZURE AND THEN NEEDED SURGERY AND WE TURNED IN A SURGERY ESTIMATE AND WE HEARD BACK WITHIN 24 HOURS THAT IT WAS COVERED! THANK YOU ASPCA!
