MetLife Claim Submission - Easy & Efficient

- The online claim process is very simple and easy. - Documents from the Vet can be loaded in the format I receive them directly to the claim. - An email verifies receipt and updates are posted to your email. The interface was recently updated. It is also easy to use. There were a few problems with the application accepting multiple documents on the evening I was entering a new claim. If it were not for this problem, I would have scored a 5 out of 5.

Choose Healthy Paws

Every claim is seamless and always an immediate response; great follow-up and customer service. Reimbursement is usually one or two days, which is unheard of. Highly recommend using Healthy Paws!

Charged for 4 months instead of 2 months advance payment

While buying the auto & tenant insurance, I was told that I need to make 2 months of advance payment. However, my CC was charged twice and I was made to pay 4 months of advance payment. On reaching customer care on chat, they were reluctant to check and resolve the issue. Rather than, they were pressing the fact that the payments for balanced months has been adjusted accordingly. Sonnet needs to understand that they need to adhere to their commitment while making purchase of the policy.
