Because whoever I talked to told me they emailed all hospitals looking for records and nobody sent them.
Because whoever I talked to told me they emailed all hospitals looking for records and nobody sent them. I work at one of the hospitals and they never emailed. I asked why they didnât inform me that nobody was responding with the info they requested and she me they didnât want to put me in the middle. Yet told Me I would probably have to call each hospital and ask them to email the record. She essentially was passing blame into the veterinarian instead of accepting it. Every email about submitted claims I received clearly stated that if they needed more information they would CONTACT ME. Yet on the phone says they would never do that.
