Experience of claim submission
All my claims leading up to my deductible arrived through the portal. My 3 rd claim was a partial reimbursement and sub’s on 5/19/2023 nothing only in process. I called the end of May and asked why the woman was not helpful. I reissued and still an issue called to be sure the woman was not the same and very pleasant and most helpful. She was the reason I would give 5 stars. I believe I only gave 4. Maybe you should listen to the recording of our call and use it in training the way to do. I am also a MetLife retire.

I was saddened to learn that my beloved "Thai" has a serious heart murmur but happy that it was diagnosed early. This will be a life long condition and I am elated over the support I've received from Trupanion. It reaffirms my faith in them and further justifies my fellow dog lovers that I've referred to them.

The first agent I spoke with was not welcoming at all.
The first agent I spoke with was not welcoming at all. I thought it was an automated being at first; no personality and not understanding or helpful. The manager started off similar to the first but eventually I received some information I was looking for but definitely not what I expected.
