When I called I spoke to Laura who was very knowledgeable, helpful and patient as I had may questions. When I hung up with her, I said to my husband "now there is someone who really likes her job." I would definitely recommend Fetch based on my interaction Laura.

Worst pet insurance ever
Worst pet insurance ever. They stall on paying your claims. My dog had her first UTI a nationwide insurance said it was a pre-existing condition. It took them three months to even reply after I had spoken to several supervisors. The supervisors would give me their direct email and when I would email them, I wouldn’t get a response. I finally canceled the pet insurance two months ago and they are still taking money out of my account. I called customer service the other day and they said it would take 3 to 4 months to reimburse me my money. I should’ve known and read reviews that they were a bad pet insurance there nationwide app doesn’t even work properly. If there was zero stars, I would rate them that.

Just signed up with Fetch! Aileen was very personable and answered all my questions as I was comparing Fetch with another company. She made suggestions as to the best coverage for what I needed. Signing up was easy and my dog will be covered. Aileen is an asset to her company!

My monthly premium increase by $82…
My monthly premium increase by $82 without notice. Is it a coincidence that my former premium was $178.71, about the same as the reimbursement on my dogs RX food ($125)? Making my policy a low profit policy. Until now anyway. An increase is understandable, but an $82 increase on a pet policy. went from $178.71 to $260.81. With no Notice!! Customer service agent Steven could not located the notice they were supposed to send.
