I signed my first puppy up online
I signed my first puppy up online. I added a 2nd puppy today and called in. I talked to Nadine, she was fantastic. Explained things I definitely did not notice online. I haven't used yet, and hope to never need to. However, if I do I feel confident that I haVe good coverage.

New Plans Just Make Things More Complicated
I was told my pets' type of coverage plan was no longer being offered so I canceled. Spoke to a rep about their changing plans and got on their new plans, but now my pets have "pre-existing conditions" (which came into existence under the original plan). Definitely feel like this situation should have been handled better. I'm not a new customer. Additionally, their new plans don't offer the same coverage as the discontinuing plans, and there are a whole new set of restrictions that come with them. Pretty disappointed. But it's not like there's anything better. Insurance sucks no matter who it's for. Now it just sucks more.

Good experience
So far, my experience with Pumpkin has been great!! They offer great coverage, customer service, and good response time to claims. I currently have a big dental surgery claim pending for one of my fur babies. We'll see if they remain 5-stars. Make the right choice Pumpkin. :)

We had to put our dog down and they called with condolences and to check on our other pup as well. We got reimbursed exactly as expected, and they took care of automatically cancelling our deceased pup’s policy so we didn’t have to even think of it. It’s not easy losing a family member but they did everything they could to make it easier
