Happy fur daddy
When I Axel four years ago, I enrolled in Pets best pet insurance and have been extremely happy with the way they handle axles wellness visits in inoculations. The claims process is fast and easy to do and it dealt with extreme care and courtesy. Thank you for all you do and I will continue to use Pets Best pet insurance in the future.

I'm very happy with Pets Plus Us service interns of claims and the related process. It was very easy to submit, very self explanatory, and very quick to review and respond with the final result, including paying the claim. Very much recommend Pets Plus Us for your dog or cats insurance needs.
Well Worth It!
"I have 3 rescue cats. All of them young and related. They are indoor only cats but that doesn't mean they don't have accidents, illnesses, and regularly need to see their Vet for wellness visits. I learned a long time ago that you need to have really good pet insurance. Pets Best is by far the most comprehensive pet insurance I've had. They are very transparent with your costs and reimbursements. They are easy to get in touch with for assistance and I find filing a claim online to be simple and straightforward. My male cat dislocated his knee and had to have major surgery which was expensive. Pets Best covered this. We have no idea how he did it but at 2 years old, he clearly believed he could fly. Perhaps he had to learn the hard way that he's not a bird. His mother and sister suffered from urine crystals and we have been working with our Vet to clear this up as the little girl cat developed stones, which is quite serious. Pets Best covered their tests and medications which is substantial. Pets Best is an essential for my ability to take care of my cats. They allow me to keep my fur babies in excellent health. I am very pleased with their service. "
Thankful for MetLife!
I have two middle-aged dogs. One is on several medicines that are covered by MetLife. (Unlike many of my human meds) one of my dogs needed a knee surgery this year that was $4200. Right at Christmas time. I submitted the claim Monday and MetLife had 80% of the cost of the surgery in my bank account on Friday. ( better than human insurance) I’ve always found it very simple to fill out their submission forms and have been very happy with MetLife overall., I don’t think I’ll ever own a dog again without pet insurance and will most certainly go to Met life because of my recent experience .

Prompt compensation and customer service
For my first claim I was impressed with how quickly and easily I was compensated. I expected there would be a big fight for my puppy who had to have his kidney removed. I expected them to say it was related to a broken leg suffered from a dog attack which happened right before I signed up for insurance. When you call customer service for any enquires someone pleasant actually answers the phone! The monthly rates are very reasonable and the claim portal is very easy to navigate. I plan on staying enrolled for the life of my dog as long as rates doing go through the roof like other pet insurance plans I've used.

Amazed with the efficiency
I am very surprised with the transparency, the efficiency and the communication of Pets Best. This is my first time having a pet insurance and I was not expecting this level of service. I get notification with every process of my claim plus it is extremely easy to file a claim and if you are missing a document, they sent a notification right away explaining with a great detail, what is missing for your claim to be processed. I am extremely happy!
Back to back canine cancer diagnosis
After bringing our dog, Maizel, into the vet for what we thought was just an infection in her nose, we received the worst news that she had a rare form of nasal cancer. To get radiation treatment we had to rotate spending 3 weeks in a hotel in NY with her. We were so thankful that we had Pets Best to cover the radiation treatment, and the process was so easy to file the claims. It was one less burden to deal with. We were so thankful to get an extra year with our sweet girl. Only months after her passing, we felt two lumps on our other dog, Boulder, and after their removal we found they were both mast cell tumors. We quickly started chemo. Once again we were so thankful to have Pets Best to help make the decision to do the doctor recommended treatment with no hesitation. We have 2 chemo treatments left and we are hoping that this time luck will be on our side!
