ENDLESS paperwork request and stalling of payment on claim
ENDLESS requests for revised paperwork since they stall on reviewing your claim and then say they need ‘new’ doctors notes. All this for an allergy shot reimbursement. God forbid I have an actual large bill to review. They will stall for months and most likely deny. I am going back to Lemonade, this is a joke.

Pets Best is Really The Best!
I purchased a policy as soon as we adopted our puppy at 4 months. The application process and policy options were easy and clear. The explanation for every item eligible for a reimbursement has been clearly communicated. Lastly, the process of submitting a claim has been very easy as well!

We love pets best
After 20 plus years of owning dogs we only had one or two issues. We decided it is time to be protected after 2 years our 3 year old mix breed was diagnosed with lymphoma we are able to do treatments since we have insurance. They have been super quick on claims and answering our questions. We also love their 24hr help line and have used it multiple times when we are debating on going to the ER or not. We will never not have insurance and I am recommending pets best to everyone i know
Great service
Pets Best was easy to sign up for, and they made it easy to submit a claim. I appreciated the no-fuss transparency - there were no hidden surprises and everything was concluded within the expected timeframe. When my pet passed away after an illness and I submitted the invoice, they covered the treatment costs at the policy rate, and automatically cancelled my plan and refunded me my pro-rated monthly fees without being asked. I plan on using them again if we adopt another pet in future, and would recommend them to anyone looking for reliable coverage.

This is by far the worst insurance company to ever work with. They make it virtually impossible to file a claim, their website does not allow for uploads, and they will not process claims without. The email link they send doesn't work! They are a scam and a fraud and I would cancel or not apply! All my money was wasted making them rich while I never got reimbursed except 25 dollars the first well exam. After that I've never been able to actually complete and file a claim !

Horrible Company
I had my pet insurance through 24hour Pet Watch - they decided to no longer do insurance so they sold my plan to Hartville. I am now paying more $34.00 more and I have less coverage. Customer Service horrible! I was able to summit claims for prescription food and wellness visits but not with this company!! Do not get your insurance through Hartville.

Pets best is great!
My cat was diagnosed with moderate to advanced heart disease and pets best has been there for it all. They have made the process for filing claims simple and it has really helped during this difficult time. The quick reimbursement helps too since we have had many, many doctor's appointments and medications. They aren't one of the insurance companies you have to fight with to get reimbursed. I've recommended them to a lot of my friends.

Healthy Paws Insurance Coverage
We've been pleased with our experience to date with Healthy Paws insurance. Our dog needed TPLO surgery about 3 weeks ago and the policy has covered exactly what we expected based on the policy documents. Claims have been processed on a timely basis and are straightforward to submit once you have the invoice and veterinary records to submit online. We'll be glad to renew our policy when it's time for that as our dogs are members of our family and we like the peace of mind having a good pet insurance policy brings for helping if there are unexpected medical expenses.
