Fast Refund!

My dog had emergency surgery, and it took over a week for the Vets and Surgeon to figure out the issue. My bill was in the thousands. Spots processed and refunded my claims very quickly! I was surprised and relieved. My dog's recovery is 6 weeks, which is enough for me to worry about right now. I have had Spots for 3 years since he was 2 months old.

Been with Embrace for several years

Been with Embrace for several years! Never a problem with claims or refunds! UNTIL NOW! Explanations meant nothing! Kept on going on about an issue from 1/2024 with teeth! even though that issue no longer was relevant! Didn't matter, it was on record so written in stone! Keep in mind going back 2years! The agents were very polite in trying to explain! But, still out hundred of dollars! Very disappointed!
