Great service

"I submitted a claim for my dog's bills due to an illness. The filing process was easy - I was able to just upload the receipts and click a few boxes on the site. Within just a couple days I had an email fully explaining the benefits to which we were entitled (which were great), and I had the check within a week. Having pet insurance is great peace of mind as my little guy gets older. "

Best insurance on the market!

I cannot say enough good things about Pets Best insurance. My cat and dog are both insured with Pets Best and I couldn't be more pleased. The monthly cost is affordable and offers great reimbursements and coverage. The staff when you call are absolutely wonderful and some of the kindest customer service people out there. The claims process is very easy and once submitted, they handle everything fast and efficient. If you are looking for pet insurance, Pets Best is the one to get!

Pleasantly Surprised with Pets Best

I filed a claim with Pets Best and received a decision in 17 days - way ahead of the typical 30-day timeframe. Pets Best even took the time out to apologize for the delay a few days before that. I didn't think there was one! My claim was accepted. I've always heard horror stories of people haggling with insurance companies and having their claims drawn out over long periods, but with Pets Best, it was so easy and quick. Do not recommend

Purchased their most expensive coverage after the vet told me I could use this company to get reimbursement for the money spent on my dog’s care. He is a rescue and didn’t have any allergy issues when we first got him. When they developed we got him insurance and then took him to the vet. Filed a claim and was denied because they determined it was a preexisting condition. Which it was not. So I wasted $60 on coverage for NOTHING. terrible customer service. absolutely zero coverage. Literally just a scam.

The best for peace of mind and total coverage

For the past 2.5 years Pets Best has taken care of all of Bitty (Lady Beatrice) medical needs and surgeries. They have never denied a covered Procedure, Medication, Tests and any Lab work that she needed. Every year I expected a super high rate increase, but to my surprise were just small normal increases due to rising costs of the services being given. A very good investment to help taking care of your furbaby. I have and do highly recommend Pets Best Insurance for great coverage, customer service and peace of mind knowing your buddy is taken care of.

Manipulating definition of 'PRE-EXISTING CONDITION"

I got this insurance because I needed help diagnosing my dog's eating problem. I went to 2 different vets for a diagnosis. When I submitted a claim for the second one, they wouldn't pay it because I had gone to the first vet for the same issue. Therefore, they called it a pre-existing condition. I thought such conditions were ones established before I got the insurance; also ones which had been diagnosed. I felt this was a sneaky way to avoid payment. Basically, for conditions which are not preventitive, they only reimburse you for one time your pet is treated for a specific reason, after you have paid the high deductible. This pretty much defeats the purpose of getting insurance, if you ask me. I will say the insurance was useful only for preventive treatment, which has no deductible. I'm not sure if that is also only a one-time reimbursement for things that are on-going, such as regular shots.

Excellent Company

I have had multiple claims for my new puppy over the past year related to parasites and worms which he got from the wildlife in my yard! This company processed all his illness related invoices within days of receipt reimbursing me promptly. Couldn't be more pleased.

Easy Peasy
