Absolutely outstanding provider that we shall always have as long as we have a pet.
Have had Trupanion ever since our Pug was a puppy. Like most, we never want to use our insurance, however, we have had several occasions where we were very fortunate to have had the coverage. Incredible how helpful and responsive they are. Customer service is outstanding!

Claim submission is a breeze
I've had pet insurance with another company before & they were nothing short of a pain in the ass to deal with & they still denied several of my claims that they should have paid; I've had none of that with Trupanion, every interaction with this company has been great! Not having to worry about having to argue over every claim & continually follow up with multiple call backs has been worth it's weight in gold! And the claims submission process is a breeze! Awesome!

Timely processing and nice customer service
Response is generally quick and customer service is helpful and always friendly. With daily exercise, annual teeth cleaning, a healthy diet and loads of affection, (and a great group of veterinarians!), We’ve fortunately had a very healthy dog for 14 years, but now that she is getting older, it is nice to have ASPCA health insurance to support keeping her healthy and still very active as she ages. I wish my own health insurance company was this easy to deal with. ASPCA pet insurance actually seems to care and deals honestly and transparently with us. If I adopt another dog, I will definitely insure with ASPCA; it has worked well for us.
