Kelli stayed on phone with me and got me the answer I needed regarding a CT scan for Maxy. I am going through a very difficult time dealing with Max's recent diagnoses with cancer and Trupanion is helping to relieve the financial burden of this disease.

She called the emergency hospital to see if they would take my insurance and they said no. But she told me before she called that they would say no but she tried anyway to get them to take my insurance because I had no money.

Coverage
I was trying to make decisions about my dog's care and called for clarification about coverage. However, I had just uploaded invoices that morning from prior care and the representative was unable to fully answer my questions without knowing if the underlying condition was covered (which was understandable and my fault for delaying the submission). In short, she told me that if the underlying condition was covered, than the additional recommended care would be covered. Within hours of that call, my invoices were approved, even though it generally takes a week or so. It has been an absolute comfort, at a difficult time, to know that I have Trupanion and it is a company genuinely cares about its policy holders.
