Not the best customer service rep.
Not the best customer service rep. She was not happy, when I indicated it took a long time to receive reimbursement. Trupanion insurance costs are outrageous and go up every single year, without question. Customers have no option to go elsewhere as they will claim "preexisting conditions". My pups insurance cost MORE THAN MINE! Something not right here.
