Fantastic coverage and customer service
My dogs have been covered by Healthy Paws since they were seven week old. I opted for the maximum deductible with the greatest percentage coverage as my primary concern was disaster insurance. My previous dog required an operation that forced us to take into account our financial state and I never again wanted to be in that situation. Healthy Paws has covered several incidents on my two dogs and - considering the circumstance - I couldn't be happier. The latest incident was fully resolved within 10 days! I tell everyone I meet who has a dog about Healthy Paws!

Great Customer Service
We have been with ASPCA Pet Health Insurance for over a year and they really are a great company to work with. Any time I have a question about a claim they are always friendly and helpful. I really like how they ask about Leo, our Goldendoodle, while we are on the phone. Little touches like that make a big difference in customer service!

Very communicative, adn easy to use
There is nothing scarier than when your pet is sick and you are desperately trying to figure out what is wrong with them, except maybe the bill after it is all done. Having this insurance has made me feel much more at ease with the whole process because i know putting in my claim, tracking it, and following up with questions when i have them is so easy. Have a concern, call. Want to know the status of the claim, log in and check it out. Even when the claims are backed up, and go beyond the amount of time expected, you are given information on whats happening, and when to expect your claim to be complete.

easy to manage
Trupainon is an easy to use pet insurance system that allows me to manage claims online quickly and accurately. They take the information and process it, and then write back with a reply and a detailed explanation of benefits detailing what part(s) of the claim were allowable. If something was denied, they state why. They keep a running tab of deductibles so I know where I stand in regard to meeting a deductible.

Great Service
Customer service is excellent. They take the time to explain things. The are patient and show sympathy for their clients. When I file for claims I get a quick response. Also when a claim is in our favor, the funds are distributed promptly within 2 days.

Pets Best has already paid for itself.
We have a 6 month old mixed breed, and Pet's Best has already paid for itself. Three trips to the vet is not unusual in first months, mystery intestinal illness in first few weeks, possible obstruction in puppy teething phase, and unexplained sneezing most recently. It's nice to know Pet's Best is on our side and claims are so easy to process. Plus the chat with a vet support help has been peace of mind as well.

Don’t know what I would do without Pets Best.
I have 3 Irish Setters. Two of them are seniors. My 10 year old was just diagnosed with late onset idiopathic epilepsy. Initially, it was thought it could have been a brain tumor, which required an MRI at K-State Veterinary Hospital to properly diagnose. So thankful it was not a brain tumor, and the epilepsy can be managed with meds! I do not know what I would do without Pets Best. They have allowed me to give the best possible medical care to my boys - who are my life. I would highly recommend Pets Best to anyone with pets. Thanks Pets Best!
