Peace of Mind!
After having a cat with chronic medical issues who cost us nearly $20k over his lifetime, when we got our new kitten, we vowed to never make that mistake again. I work in the veterinary field and PetsBest came highly recommended by our clients and now I know why. Our kitten is quite the troublemaker, and when he started vomiting uncontrollably, I knew he’d gotten in to something. Having the insurance to back us up meant I didn’t even have to look twice at the estimate given for diagnostics and surgery. Instead I could focus on little Michael getting the care he needed. An added bonus that most pet insurances don’t offer is that as long as your veterinarian agrees, they will reimburse them directly. This meant I didn’t even have to pay up front, even though I gladly would have. It hasn’t even been a week since the claim was filed and Michael’s payment had already been processed. I could not be happier with my choice to go with PetsBest and will recommend them to future clients and everyone I know. And thanks to me being able to seek care quickly with no worries about finances, Michael is recovering rapidly from his emergency surgery and is surely on a quest for his next troublemaking adventure!

ABSOLUTELY LOVE TRUPANION
We, my husband and I, have had Trupanion for our Six Pound, ADORABLE, BLACK and WHITE Minnie Shih-tzu COOKIE since she was a puppy. There are not enough words to express our DEEP APPRECIATION to EVERYONE at Trupanion, for their continued SUPPORT they have shown us from day ONE. EVERYONE is so LOVING and CARING with there interaction over the phone all the time. I feel like they are part of my little one's family. I BELIEVE, it all starts at the top, with the OWNER of TRUPANION and why he started his company. Can NOT say enough about this man. OBVIOUSLY it takes a HUGE HEART, and he has just that. Great Service, some tweaks required.
The customer service is great. The only negative is that the vets can't get reimbursement directly and that there's a limit in coverage. I hope this is something that is being worked on. Either than that I had a very good experience.
