Embrace promptly and courteously issued reimbursements submitted regarding the medical care of our cat, Mr. Peepers. In only one case was additional information needed and notification was immediate via email and the online Embrace website. Such a relief to know we could concentrate on the health needs of Mr. Peepers without worry of choosing between quality care and personal finances. Pet insurance is like any other insurance—we hoped to never need to use, but when needed, what a relief. We have carried the coverage for several years and due to the continued good health of our four pets, Embrace issued each a substantial wellness credit, which was honored with Mr. Peepers’ diabetes diagnosis. I would also add our medical team submitted the claims for us immediately following each vet appointment, instrumental in the process of fluid financial reimbursement from Embrace, We are happy to report Mr. Peepers is in diabetic remission! We consider Embrace a definite member of his recovery team and highly recommend for families considering pet insurance.

Embrace Cares
Embrace has been there for our two dogs for most of their lives, and thanks to their care and support, our best friends are thriving into their senior years. Our eldest, Nelli, contracted an immune deficiency virus a few years back and Embrace made sure she had the care and access she needed to make a full recovery. When our youngest played too hard and knocked her teeth loose, they were there too. Customer service is excellent, responsive, and attentive. Thank you for all you do.

While I did not have both receipts for the purchase of one of our old guy's prescription refills, they worked with me until they were able to reimburse me for that scrip. These are some terrific people who have never failed to come through for us.

Claims covered, unexpected paperwork, friendly staff
Had several claims for wellness and one for an accident. All were covered. The amount of paperwork required for the accident was ridiculous, but the wellness claims were reimbursed easily. I'm rating a 7 and not a 10 because I am overall pleased, but the accident claims process and user interface on the website were quite cumbersome to use. Additionally, if I had scrutinized the claims form BEFORE the accident occurred I likely couldn't have gotten it covered due to the nature of the process involved. Even with being prepared I still had to follow up with several additional emails/documents to properly complete the process.

Awesome service
Our claim was filed by our vet on a Monday and by Wednesday the claim amount was deposited into our bank account. Excellent service and I would recommend to anyone. Thankfully our little girl is feeling better.
