they are fast at processing claims!

Everybody I have ever felt with has been extremely friendly and helpful. They have been fast at processing my claims and have never had trouble when turning one in.

Great Customer Service

My dog needed knee surgery. I process of getting my claim processed was unbelievable. Everytime I called and spoke to a Healthy Paws customer care representative they really made the process easy and gave me all the information I needed. I also like Being able to submit claims from my cell phone.

We have wonderful experience with Nationwide pet insurance.

Nationwide has helped us on medical expenses with our dogs. No problems with getting reimbursements. No need to concern about the vet bill, our dogs see vet when there is something wrong and do health exam once to twice a years, they stay healthy! I've told many friends about Nationwide, because I have very positive experience and very happy with the services. Thank you Nationwide!

We are covered!

My little girl had a case of bad UTI's and to top it off she had a slab fracture on her back tooth. Lots of expenses coming up! Nationwide has covered at least 90% of the costs associated with her treatments and I couldn't be more grateful. The insurance does help a lot in these situations. I am so thankful for it! Thanks Nationwide.

Have had insurance on Shadow since he was 3 months old and it is wonderful.

I am very glad I got pet insurance. It is very helpful when he is sick or just gets his routine exams and shots. One of the best decisions I have made. He has been insured since 3 months old and is worth every penny. Claims are made in a timely manner and Shadow and I couldn't be happier. He had to have a low grade melanoma removed from his belly recently and claim was paid in a timely fashion.

Life saver

I've had nationwide for about 4 years. I have 2 dogs. I wasn't sure I was ever going to need the insurance until the last 6 months. One of my dogs developed seizures. Cost about $3000 between visits and MRI. I was reimbursed all but my deductible. 2 months later, My other dog tore his acl. Another $3000 between surgery and physical therapy. Again all was reimbursed minus my deductible. Once bills a d everything was submitted, 2 weeks is all it took to be reimbursed. A true lifesaver! So far, I can't complain. Nationwide has truly done all that they said they would. Thank You nationwide!

Honest and Clear on Coverage

I have to say I went in skeptical but I have been very happy and my experience had been very good. We have had all the major issues covered along with the preventative that was stated to be covered. Essentially they stand by what the cover and you can believe the plans levels and coverage areas. We had a major scary fungal infection hit two of our cats and thanks to the coverage not only did we find it fast but treatment has been successful. Honestly I can say that without the coverage and help from the company in covering the emergency visit I don’t know how this would have turned out. We have three awesome furry family members that we rescued and thanks to the insurance they are recovering well.

Terrific Customer Support

One of the best decisions that I ever made, bar none, was signing up with Embrace for my boxer, Molly. Unfortunately, Molly has had a variety of health issues, that would not have been treated at the level required without the support provide by Embrace and it's most helpful staff!!
