While it seemed the claim process took longer than normal, three months, I was very satisfied with the customer service, as I was kept in the loop that the claim was still in progress! :)

Very poor none responvice deceiving coverage
They promise the moon, deliver close to nothing… took them for ever to reply to my claim, forever to approve a 20% coverage on something they claim would have been fully covered. I’d make sure no one else gets this poor service, should have listened to my friends about embrace reputation

Nationwide is fantastic
We decided to get the pet insurance when we got our new puppy, through my employer. It has been the best thing we did, due to a few puppy insidence. Nationwide is prompt and easy to file claims and receiver reimbursement. We are very happy we made the discision.

Kenya has a chronic condition. She has her good days and bad days.. She takes a lot of medications and special food. We feel we are blessed to have her covered under your pet insurance... We don't know what we would do without your help with her bills... It allows us to be able to pay for some of her other visits and routine appointments and medications. When I call I am always treated with respect and great customer service.. That is a welcome relief. Much appreciated.

The Best Dog Insurance
Having an animal can be expensive and I always said if I got another dog, insurance would be a must. Not only did I get insurance four years ago, I got PETS BEST insurance . The compassion of your customer service, the ease of filing claims and the quick payment to reimburse my costs. If you new to searching for pet insurance, let me save you time searching because I found the BEST company. In four years, I've never had one negative experience with this company and alway paid fast. One vet bill could potentially be more than your yearly premium. Best Pet Insurance!!!
Our 3 1/2 year old lab, Bauer, was diagnosed with osteosarcoma in his hind leg recently. We had to make the decision to get his leg amputated so he would have relief from pain. He has recently started chemo treatment and is doing great. Healthy Paws has been fantastic throughout this entire process. Submitting claims is so easy and payment is received within 10 days via direct deposit. Having Healthy Paws has allowed us to get Bauer the care we could not otherwise afford. Healthy Paws truly cares!!! They contacted me to ask how Bauer is doing and to let me know they are always available if I have any questions. I give Healthy Paws a 5 star rating!!!!
