Cat died can't reach anyone been trying for a week
My cat passed away, You used to be able to cancel a policy online when a pet passed away not apparently that is not the case anymore. The chatchat feature doesn't work says you have to call. So I call and the recording states hold times are 30 to 40 minutes!!!! I'm grieving the death of my pet and the only way to cancel their policy is to sit on hold for 40 plus minutes!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU THIS IS RIDICULOUS AND UNACCEPTABLE What happened? You used to offer such good customer service now you're just the absolute worst you all would be absolutely ashamed of yourself making a grieving parent to through this, this is absolutely insane truly the worst customer experience I have ever had

MetLife pet Insurance is a must have. I learned this the hard way. going to the vet can cost thousands and you need to know that you have someone at your back watching over you. That is MetLife Pet Insurance. They have been there for us every vet visit big and small. Their rates are low, the have no complicated claims process, quick and fair payments and help for everyday tasks. They have it all.

Harrison’s Story
"In 2024, My then 5 year old rescue pit, Harrison, became acutely ill To the point our primary vet had us rush him to the emergency vet. After a few days there and unresponsive to treatment Harrison had to be transferred to a specialty hospital. Harrison spent over a month in the hospital throughout this whole course. He needed a feeding tube, biopsies, meds, fluids, labs, you name it. Harrison is now 6 years old and thriving. I cannot express how grateful I am to Pets Best for allowing me to have more time with my best friend. The filing process was quick and easy. I was reimbursed anything I was owed. I now encourage every pet parent I meet to get pet insurance and always recommend Pets Best. "
Disappointment ..
Their customer service agents are horrible. They wanted all this medical history for a $16 supplement.. they eventually paid me for all of the submissions but when your dog is having liver issues and your vet said they might not make it, the last thing you want to do is argue with Healthy Paws. One agent, Ron, said we need to make sure it’s not a pre existing condition. I told him she was with them since I got her for 8 years.. she had no pre existing conditions that you can use an an excuse to not cover. So incredibly rude. She needed emergency hospitalization and they said.. “email us and we will call you for direct pay request.” I’m sorry do u know what emergency means? ABSOLTLEY horrible service in my time of need… also.. their monthly premium goes up 50% every year.. and they don’t cover her prescription food. Which is nonsense because they cover prescriptions. I’m so disappointed.. so upset I paid so long into an insurance for almost a decade to be treasured like this in a time where my dog needed them most. Thank God she’s better.. just go somewhere else ..

We received our refund quickly and…
We received our refund quickly and direct deposited into the account. They made it easy to submit claims and upload medical records and invoices. They updated me during the process so I knew what stage we were in. I recommend fetch I have been with them for over 10 years when they company was called petplan. Thanks for having our backs yet again!! For people who will go broke saving their pets (like me) pet insurance is super important!
