I have submitted multiple claims and had very quick responses. When I didn't provide enough information, Embrace was able to contact my vet and get what they needed without me being involved. I have been impressed with the ease of the claims process.

If you want the false feeling of doing the right thing throw your money away with FIGO! Remember this is an insurance company looking out for profits not you or your pets best interests.

I am so grateful for Fetch Pet
I am so grateful for Fetch Pet - they helped us through our dog Rudy’s recent lymphoma diagnosis. Knowing that many of the costs were covered during a really difficult time meant we could focus on getting Rudy the treatment he needed rather than worrying about how much it cost. Submitting the claims was so easy and I was reimbursed for covered expenses quickly every time. Only once did they ask for more information other than what was submitted, and that was my fault because the claim didn’t include proof of payment the first time. Their customer care team has also been helpful in answering questions about our policy and easily reachable via online chat. I tell everyone I know about our experience with Fetch Pet and highly recommend this company if you love your animals.
