I called to ask about claiming the cost of Rx food.
I called to ask about claiming the cost of Rx food. I was told that I could claim 40% of what I purchased during a 2 month time frame. Come on.... seriously?? A 2 month time frame? Why don't you just calculate out a reasonable $ amount and have that be it. What am I suppose to do with the answer I was given? Go out and buy as much food as I can within a 2 month time frame? Write better policies, or train your phone reps better. My rep was great. Very nice, so I don't fault her. I love your company. Just think you can do better on some things.
