Fast and Easy!

Couldn't have been easier! My dog got incredibly sick all of the sudden and spent to days at the vet while they tried to figure out what was wrong and get her stabilized. ASPCA pet insurance was asap. I submitted the claim via their app and they processed the claim within 3 days, and had the check to me early the following week. Given the large price tag on this particular incident I was extra grateful to ASPCA pet insurance for making the process so fast and easy! I've had the insurance for 4 years no and have always found them to be fair in covering costs outlined in the policy, and responsive, Would definitely recommend to others!

So easy, I thought I was missing something

My little fluff ball had a mass appear out of nowhere. I got her in to the vet and she removed the mass right away. This was the first claim outside of wellness claims I've made, so I wasn't sure if the process would be the same. Thankfully, it was. A quick call to customer service to discuss my coverage, simple paperwork, and quick turnaround time, made this unexpected and nerve wracking situation so much better. I was able to focus on my little girl and not on the claim process. Signing up for Embrace for both of my furballs is one of the best decisions I've made for their health! From day one I've received exceptional customer service and straightforward coverage.

Thank you for easy and speedy service even my cat is in Hong Kong

At last year, we relocated to Hong Kong with our 13 years old cat, Charlie Brown, He immediately had upper respiratory infection when we landed Hong Kong, then after few months on antibiotics, the vet suggested to send him for CT scan and biopsy, and was diagnosed nasal lymphoma , we decided to give him chemo treatment, since then, Charlie gradually developed IBD, pancreatitis, Kidney Failure at last chemo months, the vet bills has piled up like crazy and still continuing. Thanks Nationwide Insurance to provide the easiest and speedy claim process which helped us even when we are in Hong Kong.

Claims done in a timely manner

Great insurance to have. In the first few months of the insurance, it paid for itself. There was a mix-up of the first two claims - the first one wasn't received when we thought it was. That caused some confusion to get things straightened out but once we did, everything was completed quickly. My only suggestion to future insurance holders is that don't be a go-between Have the vet work directly with the insurance company..

Great service.

My dog had emergency back surgery. The customer service department gave me complete information on what they would need from the doctor when I filed the claim. Payment was made in weeks, despite the 37 page claim.

So glad we had Pet Insurance

When we learned our dog had bone cancer we were so grateful that Embrace was there to help us in making the best decisions in his treatment. Their claim review was fast which made paying the vet bills a little bit easier. Our dear Sydney lost his battle with this cancer but we will be ever grateful to Embrace for their help and support. Glad to have this!

Years ago, I had to put a dog down because we could not afford the treatment.....I knew I'd never let that happen again...this is peace of mind for me. They are affordable and provide good service...
