My cat Piper had an unknown mishap that left him lame in his right front leg. I took him to the vet, who treated him with several injections. Piper recovered within a few days. Pumpkin paid the claim promptly. I am happy with their service.

My First Claim Experience
I made my first claim this month. Spot’s website was user friendly. I received an acknowledgement email and specific additional information needed. I received another acknowledgment email. A final email the next day stated that the claim was accepted and asked if I preferred a check in the mail or directly into a bank account. Couldn’t be better.
