I filed three claims at the same time
I filed three claims at the same time. One claim is still pending info from the vet, so I won't review that one. One claim was reimbursed as expected - 5 stars for that. The other claim was reimbursed at about 20% of the total - much lower than expected. I sent a follow up asking why the amount was so low and still have not received a response. 1 star for that.

A valid claim was denied and a phone call to a rep resolved the oversight quickly. It took another two weeks but it was during the holiday season. I was very satisfied with how well everything was handled.

Recommend Pet's Best
I have had for Pet's Best for our 2.5 year old dog for almost two years. We have the wellness plan included and have used it easily. It is very user friendly to see what is eligible and how to submit. I like the updates sent by email during the claim the process has taken about a week from start to being reumbursed for eligible costs.
Zero Update
I’ve not received any packet of coverage or even a status update or phone call letting me know when coverage starts. Nebraska does not have a waiting period. Thank you!
