The few times that I've had to submit a claim for vet bills, for my dog I've not had to worry about if the claim would be excepted or not. It might take a little bit before im notified of the outcome, but that's ok because I receive notifications that they are looking into my claim. It's not fun having to take your pet to the veterinarian for issues but its nice to know that this company is there to help with the bills. Being able to be there for your pet when they are having issues and not having to worry about the bills is a wonderful thing. As always I'm very pleased with this company and would recommend to everyone! Thank you for being there for our pets.

I was surprised at the service I received. I have been with Nationwide for a long time with all my other pets and have never had any issues with the customer service. I spoke to Hassan and he was very short with his answers and seemed annoyed with my questions and kept on yawning like I was boring him. This was the first time I experienced anything like this from a Nationwide representative. If I were a new customer I don’t think I would have agreed to getting a policy for my pet. He was also very pushy. It was a unpleasant experience.
