multiple claims denied that are…

multiple claims denied that are covered. for every time you submit a claim you have to resend medical history for every single vet visit your pet has been to in the past, Why don't they keep that on file? Then they deny it. waiting on over $1000 in reimbursement for covered claims that they are denying.

Can’t say enough great things about…

Can’t say enough great things about this insurance! I have had SPOT for 5 years for all three of my dogs. Boy am I glad I got it. My Daschund needed back surgery and SPOT was there for me and my Homer. Highly recommend!

Embrace won't accept your claim if you wait.

Embrace won't accept your claim if you wait. I held on to my receipts from the entire year to handle all at once. They won't accept my claims from earlier in the year because my policy renewed during that time. My pets were covered during that time. They received covered services. There should be no time limit to file a claim.

I spoke with Customer Advocate Gerrone, who is a true professional, extremely customer focused, polite and very knowledgeable. He went through the changes in my policies premium, deductible and options available. He fully explained each one and answered all questions thoroughly. It was a very good experience.

They are horrible

They are horrible. I have sent in multiple review requests and tried to email for explanations. I have had the vet send in information, but they have not responded to any of the emails. They have been happy to take my money for absolutely nothing and IGNORE ME.
